Thanks guys,

but i am living in Serbia where we have very bad petrol, and the highest amount of octanes is 95, which is as bad as sh... so i heard that if i would install watter injection, the car would feel as if i am running on 100 octanes petrol...

HI GUYS I AM THINKING OF FITTING THIS ON TO MY CAR R5 GTT WITH (VOLVOS B18FT TURBO 1.7)
, I GOT IT CHEAP FROM A FRIEND OF MINE.
IT'S AEM WATER METHANOL INJECTION, HE IS GOT IT ON THE SUBARU WRX, AND FELT A HUGE DIFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE.

NOW THE QUESTION IS: HAS ANYONE EVER FIT ONE OF THESE ON 1.7 TURBO?
AND ANY ADVICES WOULD BE GREAT!

I use one on m why old drag car (240bhp), my new Volvo powered 5 has one (hoping for 350bhp) and lots of other very quick 5's have used one, no problems with them breaking or cracking.
The flywheel is very strong so its not a problem lightening them by this much.

The heaviest one they do is still 40-50% lighter then standard, better than other ones at 30%

Hi guys one question: Is the flywheel for standard 1.4 turbo and 1.7 turbo the same??
Or if itsnt where can i find the lightened flywheel for volvos 1.7 turbo???

Ok guys thanks alot!!! :) But:

I've got a small problem here. I live in Serbia so basically i cant really get all the parts that i need, so could you please tell me where can i find the Scoff's ECU, and how much is it??

And how much boost do you think i should run with the stock engine, to be safe?
And could you please send me the sources where i can find the parts!!!

Ok, very good :))

So what mods should i do for such a power?

I was thinking of fitting the larger intercooler, and fixing the exhaust completely. And just do the remmap, but then again i am not sure if it will be enough to rich that power.. What do you suggest me to do for the first step?

Thanks for quick reply, I am planning to fit 1.7Turbo from Volvo 480. So guys do you recon me to stick with 1.7 or what should i do, my aim is 200 Hp, and what should i do to rich it with 1.7T???

Hi guys, i am curious about one thing, is it possible to fit 2.0 8v Turbo engine from Renault 21 turbo into GTT?? Is it difficult? And have you ever heard of anyone??

Hi guys, i just became an owner of R5 GTT 1989... The body work on the car is just fine, it needs some bits and pieces to be fully done.. But i got the problem with the engine and i need to see what moves should i make.

It has 1.4 engine, but turbo is taken off the car, because it was foocked .
I was planning to fix the car for the 1/4 mile drag, so i need some advices...
I had a plan to fit either 1.8 16v or 2.0 16v williams engine, and then do some work on it, i am looking for about 200whp car, so should i seek for the 16valver engine or should i stick to the same 1.4 T engine, and buy new turbo and fix it up?
I would be pleased if you could tell me what is the easier way to start the project! Thanks in advance guys and i hope i hear from you all!!! !!
