Hi guys, i did the cup mod for the breather with a catch tank as i didnt have all the pipes to have it standard.
Recently the catch tanks been filling up very quickly, had a look at the oil today and i had mayo on the dipstick.
Oil is mixing with water but i dont know where.
The turbo is fine, no gunk in the boost pipes, and no smoke on boost.
Is there a chance the manifold has cracked a water way or something.
Thanks
Mark

Are you saying the oil in the catch tank has gone a bit mayo if so its proberley just condensation mixing with the oil.

I was wondering if anyone would know what these two wires in the picture are for, the brown wire comes from what I think is the fan relay and the black wire comes out the loom were the relay wires go. I dont think ive ever had the fan come on by its self as Ive always had a switch in the car. I want to get it sorted now but still keep the manual switch. would someone be willing to check the same wires on there car please.  cheers

That doesn't sound to bad a pared to safety devices prices, Ive brought a omp cage for my fiesta rs turbo and the fit wasn't very good tbh I ended up cutting and welding Im not sure what there like for gt turbo tho, But safety devices has always been spot on.
