i love my raider but have to change the flywheel because the starter just mashed the teeth. so its off the road for a bit. :cry:

im about to service my carb how would i tell if it's a group a carb or not.
because when i had my car it was running 16psi and want to make sure it's a groupa carb.

I have a similar problem, in fact it sounds exactly the same as what is happening to my 5! Why would having a dump valve make any difference to the idle, Renault 5s don't have mass air flow sensors! or have I missed something!?
had a tinckle with the carb earlyer i turned the air screw a touch to the left and the idle speed down its much better now think it jus needs a tune

Hi, got a problem with my idle speed.when the car is idleing my revs go up and down below 1000rpm and sounds like its missing when i get it to idle.but its fine when driving.
