I remember having a cherry bomb fitted onto my first car, over 10 years ago now. It was a 950cc Mk2 Fiesta and it sounded awesome i thought at the time.

Didn't realise they still made them, they used to sell them off the shelve at some car parts place local to me.

The TDC sensor also determines when the fuel pump runs. It could be that failing.

What has happened there? Looks like some mental camber!

Crikey, you have gone all the way with this shell!

What brand of under seal did you use out of interest?

That doesn't look like a good sign I'm afraid. Definitely something wrong there.

The metal crimping on the end of the cable will more then likely be stuck into the caliper. They can be a PITA to remove.

Check for air leaks on the smaller vacuum pipes and also the connection for the flywheel sensor.

Connection for the flywheel sensor clean and secure?

The front calipers are common on a lot of French cars, I would guess they are the same.

A searched for front calipers on Eurocarparts and the results for the 5 and 11 came up the same.

What about the HT leads?

I had a misfire under load that was giving me a headache, swapped the leads for a new set and it went away. The old leads looked ok as well.  :?

That one connects to the AEI unit in or on the bulkhead.

Very nice. Looks like new!

Did you paint the plastic interior bits?

There's no sensor, just a pipe.

It's either come disconnected at the rear of the gauge or in the engine bay. It attaches to the left hand side of the carb elbow, it should enter into the car through the bulkhead at the same point the speedo cable does.

This is all new to me I'm afraid.

Everybody else seems to have disappeared as well.
