look at the pdf i have uploaded in here:
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BzbcQO ... MThvSEhVZw

i think you have a problem with your aei connector, try first to connect the "-" (no.2) directly to the batery "-" see of it works, if not try to connect the "+" (no. 1) directly to the batery "+", see if it works.
if not we will try somthing else.

i know there is 11mm bolt to undo and then i can take the dizzy out, then i can see inside the gear drive, i know it's connected to the oil pump, so when i try to pull it out, it wont go out like it's stuck.

did you clean the cooling system after you changed the Head gasket?

low temp fan switch and low temp termostat, also bigger radietor, open grill.

on hot day with standard cooling system if you drive hard more then 20 min it will start to overheat.

but on a nice sunny day its a joy to take the gtt to the mountains around jerusalem (uphill, downhill. fast corners).

take out the top of the carb, 6 screws, so we can see the big top gasket condition, i think somthing is wrong with it.

after you take out the top part, take a pic of the top part bottom also the fuel cahmber.

take a good look on this pic, see that all the gaskets, o rings etc', are in place:
