Fibreglass is an Evil thing man :lol:
Ive become adicted to the stuff(I mean working with it.......LOL)
Na Ive had some sense talked into me by now Im not striping the kit anymore -Really thinking about it its ALOT of work to strip the Carisma kit from the car. Its been Properly bonded on, fibreglassed and and moulded in. Id spend a week doing it and it will end up costing me money!

Hey everyone,
Im wondering if 'Dimma' are still opened? I have been emailing them for ages but no reply and phoned them up today and the bloke at the other end said that dimma had sold the line /number to them :roll:
Bit confused here! Can anyone help me out?
I am looking for the wide arched Dimma kit to fit a project 5 Ill be doing soon so thats why I want to contact them.

Hey, sorry havn't been online in ages - been working alot lately saving like mad!
Ya there's been about 10kspent - which is madness to be honest :cry:
Those wan*ers Carisma robbed me for about 3200euro for the full kit & rear aluminium diffuser. Won't be buying from them again!
Thinking of stripping the car and starting fresh again - Full custom exterior styling and GT engine this time. Was trying to sell her for about 6.5k but cars are gone very hard to sell here at the moment unless there RWD. That dam "The fast & the furious Tokyo drift" has them all mad for abit of steer from the rear :roll:  :lol:

Ya, I am abit mad amn't I :twisted: !!!!!!!
Believe it or not its gone very hard to sell modified cars over here - the whole country is gone RWD(Rear Wheel Drive)  Mad! Everyone is selling up and buying Either 1986 twin Cam RWD Toyota Corolla or Nissan Silvia's...etc.
Ill surely find someone out there to buy it :cry: ?!
Ok man, I really really appreciate that, I will probaly have to save till the end of summer for the GT Project but the second I have every cent Ill let you know and we can talk business then

Don't get me wrong, I totally agree with you - There's absolutely no point flinging a shitty old GT engine in. Patience is the name of the Game!!! - There's no point doing something unless you do it right.
But the problem I have are as follows;
- I would love to sell the car and start off with a fresh R5 with a huge spec and totaly unique exterior and ofcoarse the GT Under the hood!
- If I strip the car and sell for bits Ill make shit-all! Ill probaly only get 1000euro for the kit and it will take a long time to get off as the skirts and arches are moulded in.
- The lowest offer I got so far is 6000, the highest being 9000(but that guy never turned up to view it) Ill surely make 6000 - 7000 if I sell as its seriously mint and R5's are rare as fu*k out here in Ireland! & everyone loves em over here too.
Just give a look in the Car gallery at my car and give an honest opinion on what(in your honest opinion) it should make.
Or do you have a better solution?
Sorry for annoying you man, but your a wizard around R5's! and need your advice!

Hey,
Really sorry for not replying sooner but Ive been working my ass off and havn't been online for ages.
To be honest Im not sure what Im going to do, Ive been thinking about it non stop lately.
I think Ill sell This car and buy a GT Turbo and modify. Not sure how much Im going to get for the car but there has been about 12 - 13k spent incl labour. Think Ill get 7000 or 7500euro??? The car really has to be seen to be believed its a minter :shock: !
