Renault 5 GT Turbo / blanking plate on head

Hi, I recently bought my first 5 turbo and have just taken the head off for pressure test. My question is what is the blanking plate for opposite the waterpump end of the head? thanks in advance

I just bought an old What Car mag from 1990 . In it is a test: 205gti 1.9 vs R5GTT vs Fiesta turbo vs Uno turbo . Did a search on the dvla site and the R5 is still taxed. Gonna read the mag now, its full of stuff
