Other Renaults / Campus rev counter wiring

Hey guys, I've bought a rev counter to use on my Campus which is the standard 1.4 carb engine with a coil pack?

I cannot get the rev counter to work ! tried it on the coil pack's ground, which also connects to some other wire.. got a reading for a few seconds and then nothing

Is there an unused lead behind my dash or something? Cheers

I've seen Renault 5's with these one, but do they slot straight on? Do the centre bores need to be cut?

Renault 5 GT Turbo / How much to lower by?

Hiya, I'd like to lower my 5 as much as possible but I have no idea what to put on the front! Should I get springs or coilies or what? On a bit of a budget though!

If I got -60mm springs would it actually move  :lol: ? any help would be great, cheers!
