You can get carpet spray paint which remains flexible and avoiding that burnt texture.
We use it at work for ruined carpets and the black is pretty darn black so I reckon it would cover a standard red carpet.

The best you will ever see is 30-35mpg on a run and around town expect low 20's so your not doing too bad :)

From when I watched mine being done you can loosen the bolts on one half of the subrame and lower it to gain quite a bit of clearance, then its just smack the box about abit and pull it out of the top. Hope you have a strong back as its not easy going.:wink:

Block off a part of the intercooler in cold weather, used to do it to a fezzi I had that overcooled in the winter.

Yes fit the whole system from the other car, old alarms are such a pain when fobs are lost or broken and the wiring has been chopped about.

I too should be going but grouping up in a 306 HD :twisted: Cant really justify the fuel needed in a R5 for one day.

What you have seen is correct, phase 2 cars are offset and phase 1's are central in the hole if im thinking of the same thing.

This is how ive rewired mine when it melted, fan comes on auto and I have a manual switch, both use the relay to control the fan.

For the manual switch I tapped into the two wires that goto the standard fanswitch and fused it.
