Title: 1991 Tungy ph2 gtt

Just treated myself to another gt turbo. Had my eye on it for a while & had the opportunity to buy a couple of weeks ago.

68k miles, Almost standard & totally mint condition bodywork with no rust whatsoever. I plan on returning this to o.e condition & showing it next year.

Still has original dealer stickers/plates/stereo etc, drives like brand new. Cant be many left like this now! A couple of minor jobs to do & it will be mint.

Had the bodywork machine polished, so give it a decent clean up & took some pics.

The exhaust and the wheels are the only non standard items I can see??
It looks class lad..

Long time no update eh...

Took it to Lemans 24hr & back this year, 1300 miles without missing a beat. got roughly 35mpg with mixed driving, had a fair bit of boot down action on those french highways :D

Bonnet/drivers side arch & sideskirt have been resprayed by daveSBS, top job 8)

Fitted a mint set of powdercoated speedlines (Cheers Benj!), drives really nice with the stock wheels.

Only a couple of jobs left to do before rtoc national day.

Very nice.  8)

As much as i can appreciate the 'factory' look, a huge part of me would always want to lower it just a touch.

Im tempted with a subtle drop Ash got all the bits here to do it..

Konis are sat to one side ready to fit gaz, ill get round to it one day :lol:

TBH mate , I wouldnt touch it . Id leave it. There cant me many examples that are as good as that going. Even the ones that arent wont be standard.

Leave the lowering / tweaks for the van ...
