Are you stuck on all the pipes or just a few of them?  When i did my mates on i ended up making all new hoses and to be honest none of the originals lined up or fitted

Pretty much all of them tbh. I can see all the obvious ones. Its just the turbo pipes, theres one on the bottom of the block from the back of the water pump, matrix hoses, pipe on the back of the head I havent really got any idea where they go. I just need to get them into some sort of order then I can go get them made. I dont want to keep anything I dont need. Im missing lots of bits too :-(

Cheers philg :-) I have just drawn it all out on a piece of paper and can now see where everything goes. Just got to put it all on to the car now. How does every one manage with the bottom rad hose do they just use the diesel radaitor ? I wanted to get an uprated gtt radaitor can I get a hose to fit it or is there a different uprated rad I can use ? Cheers rob

Think other rads are a better fit tbh, i used a fexi pipe and did a loop the loop, problem is you can not get the oil filter off, i then change for 2 pipes together more like a s shape, still fiddly mind.

if you can go for a different rad  :D

I think I will try another rad tbh. I have a few lying around. The gtt is tiny anyway so should be better off with a bigger one

Do you have any pics of how it fits ? I have a big front mount but I think I have to cut the crossmember. Dont like the idea of takeing any metal away theres not alot there to begin with

Can this work with the normal GTT rad? More importantly, is it a lot quieter then the howling the standard fans make?

The 14" fan is too big for the gt rad i think, worth trying a 12" version. Its basically a Spal fan i use, depending on the design of the blades they can ge quiet or as loud as a gt fan.
Saying that i like a noisey fan at least you know its working when it switchs on!

All sorted now :-) I used a clio rad after. And lots of random pipes I had to connect everything. Would like to get some nice silicone hoses made up soon
