i think it will have somthing to do with the time its been off the road. the longer it has the less you can be bothered.

mines been off the road for about 6 weeks now and im driving a crappy escort 1.6 and its killing me as its sooooo slow! :x . i just want my five back!! i miss driving her. and its all still fresh in my head what its like to drive so im working on her every chance i get. :)

i think if you try and remember what it was like to drive that will spur you on :D   :D   :D

i hate that ha ha ha there all 106s with stupidly big kits on them and 6 exhausts!!! ha ha
not a chance.

my two mates have good cars one is a 2.1 turbo 205!! proper quick emrald ecu mapped at 257 bhp and 278 pounds of tourqe. lol
and one has a fiesta rs turbo with somthing silly under the bonnet 2.1 somthing. it wont go in a straight line in first second and therd.

but none of them can take a corner like me so thats quite good fun :D   :D    :D

Yeah, definitely.. would be cool to get out in it again.. Although that's been the plan for the last 3 and half years since I decided to finally do some work on it   still think I sometimes underestimate the sheer amount of separate jobs left to do though. There's probably as much work to do on the kit as there is mechanically and putting back together. I'll get there in the end - gonna spend all day Friday on it, give us a shout if you need a hand anytime mate  :D

it's not binge is it? I saw him driving towards sittingbourne the other week, not sure where he lives though? He's painted the bottom of his wing, door and quarter black which makes it stand out..

Ye ill definately give you a shout if i need hand cheers. Im gonna start prepping a few things that need to be painted or repainted got to repaint me dash because the laquer has reacted with the paint and has started to make little cracks in paint, ive chipped paint under drivers light in engine bay  , then ive got to put fresh paint onto mirrors, guttering trim, ive got an arch that has cracked that ive got to fix, this was due to arch bolts not quite lining up with holes in pattern wing and me gently persuading them to fit over time its cracked  :x, possibly i might do under bonnet as its only cellulose and not shiney enough for me   , but having just found out its 90 a litre  :o  i might not, gonna ring around in a while to see if i can get it cheaper.

What you got planned for friday then matey.
