Engine finally in, just need to sort a few little probs like snapped one way valve on the inlet, fitted a new throttle cable so need to chop that down, sort the clutch pedal out as it has loads of slack, even with a new fork & bush, fit all hoses up & wire in the alternator, then just need to fire her up :)
Pi55ing down again here so looking like tomorrow or thurs now...

Currently waiting for a few parts to turn up that were missing off the engine    (I blame James)
Sorted out my niggly clutch problem, turns out I needed to file 2mm off the stop    re-fitted the FMIC as it was on the pi55    & test fitted my new bumper I got off Marky Mark.
Once I get the car back I'll get round to fitting my saftey devices cage thats sitting in my garden..

FMIC before

After

Hi Baz, every car is different mate so hard to say.. I'm going to try 24 psi manifold like my old car but it will depend if I can keep the carb bowl from emptying. Carb spec is 1.4 2nd stage, 120 main, 1.9 needle jet & I think it's either a 1mm or .9 A/C in there, you need to check with wideband though as will I.
On your spec I'd try 21psi manifold 1st (about 1.5 bar)

It runs !!
& I think I have sorted the clutch, engine sounds nice & quiet as well.
She is still on axle stands untill I drop the oil & check for leaks etc. so hopefully by the weekend I will have the car back, rear arch is in the paint shop so I should be able to fit that back on next week, also fixed the sideskirt with the kit Bob @ CGB sells so that should stay on as well. All I need to do then is get the front bumper painted & fit the cage, job done :)

Yeah I had some miami blue paint so gave it a quick spray over to see what it looked like,  I'll fill the little bits missing, fit the lower bars to hold it up & get it painted properly over the next few weeks.
