well my front mount came today so hoping to get a bit time at the weekend to fit it. just need to get hold of a few 90degree bends to fit it.

love that looks pretty tidy tbh, colour is unusual but it really suits it and i like it lots lol, it does look very similar to the bonnet i piliaged from a campus so perhaps its a colour renault used it the later years of the 5. oh but as said lose the vent  :wink:

thanks  :D i need to go get a pint match as i dont have a paint code for it.  it has a few dints and scratches that i want taking out.
also about the bonnet, i quite like it but i want a louvered bonnet when i can afford it and i want a set of phase 1 rear arches and a single wiper

thanks mate. as for plans:

* frount mount (just needs fitting)
* Group A carb
* re-fit perc fan
* tidy engine bay (new hoses, header tank, rocker cover, ect...)
* new dash. maybe clio 16v???
* smoth rear bumper
* remove dints and scratches

all i want doing for the moment  :D

oh and today my fan belt snapped and my water temp shot up but stopped straight away so hope it hasnt done any head gasket damage as i only just changed it christmas eve  :shock:

well was out and about today and my clutch went. thrust bearing has gone i think, peddle hit the floor and when i checked the cable it was fine, checked the clutch leaver on top of the box and i could move it with my hand. price a new clutch up at euro car parts for 85. anyone recommend anywhere else?

Check the pedal itself before you start removing everything. The ratchet is plastic and prone to failing.
