Not really   RR are still very rare here at my country. I was preparing two times to go on 350km trip to nearest RR but both time something went wrong with the engine. One time blown gasket because of badly polished (professional!!!) head and other time cracked valve follower

Just few pics to refresh my topic. Car is back, again, to the bodyworks for complete respraying (including interior and engine bay) in light titanium grey (quite similar to new AMG grey color). Engine is out for complete rebuilding (again 8)  8)  8) ) cuz old one fell apart after only 3000km. Waiting for few more things to start with assembling engine, this time on my own with help of some experts

You are mad
Fair play, would love to strip mine fully and rebuild it from scratch with respray/etc
Maybe in a few years when I have a house with a garage to work on it in.

How far are you now through the new rebuild?
Looked mint before so cant wait to see it now
Loads of spare bits and bobs for the 5 if you need anything, all used of course but if your in Ireland and your stuck give me a bell

I need another cam to close the engine. I had 270 degrees before but i bought full T25 and now I'm after 285 cam. After i get my hands on one of these i will assembly engine block and after that i need just downpipe/turbo elbow combo to get it running.

Bodyworks are near to the end. It took much time due to ordering plastic bits and rubber seals.
