It is a nice looking 5, looks even better now. I brought a brand new bumper for mine before it went into respray then a couple of weeks later hit a bunny and cracked it. Pants. :(

big update this time, after 8weeks of waiting i finally recieved my heater matrix hoses so set about fitting them, along with the carb and header tank. i also spent a large amount of time fiddling with the turbo to try and set it up, still not sorted but its much better than it was.

i also trial fitted the 8x15's off my brothers scab (r19 16v cab) which have just been treated to a fresh lick of paint lol. looked awesome but the offset is too low so couldnt even drop the car down totally!

also fitted my brake ducts to replace the front fog lamps and gave it a really good clean.

pics to follow very shortly

 :D

how it started today after yesterdays antics of fitting the hoses and header tank

VNT without the actuator

repainting the actuator - primer

sprayed in vauxhall anthracite (2k in a can)

and laquared

the pipe that melted on christmas day

front end (with brake ducts)

freshly pained "scab" wheels

and fitted on the 5. i think it looks awesome, its just a shame they wont fit under the arch with the offset
