im unsure of the color tbh.  dnt think its fiat tho. its looking ruff in its old age tho as the paint is a good 6 years old and has bin abused.

the c 1 j didnt make much. 160 is i beleive. its runing volvo power now tho

ahh..  thats interesting...  they charged me a bomb...   all they did was 'try' and set the car up on the rollers (2 trips) and fitted an ACT gauge that I supplied...  and I am pretty sure it was just under 800 labour for about 3 hrs work and a bit of wire and a carb gasket I didnt need.  They didnt find the fault either which was just simply a wrong size jet (too big) in the water injection which was the cause of it losing power at the top end..  I found this out afterwards.. and it cost me about 1 for the right size water jet.

Ur car looks awesome, I think I saw some pics of it in either retro cars or PGTI?

yeah it was out of a 480 turbo.  easy to fit. 1 engine mount from reno 25 quid and 3-5 wires

transformed the car. its smoother an kiks harder

That sounds good.

If I hadnt taken the engine to the level its at now...  I would have liked to have gone for the 172 Turbo..  and the crazy thing is I'm still considering it for the future!  :?   (but luckily....I dont think I am that mad)
