Thanks for the comments and I'm glad you all like it  8)

As for proof, I will post up the graphs in the next couple of days.

Also the turbo is a custom TNE spec which we designed especially for the 5. All I will say is it is based around a T3 and works very well after 4500rpm

Nice 5. Just out of interest what sort of money have you thrown at the engine to get it to that spec??

If I were to build this engine again with all the extras, it would cost around 1600-1700 but thats excluding the labour I would of put in.

I will put some pics up of the car and the engine bay for you all to see properly.

If anyone is selling a tubular manifold, please let me know as I need one a.s.a.p please.

This is the first run where we made 239.3 BHP @ 1.5 Bar Boost.

http://i420.photobucket.com/albums/pp28 ... C00117.jpg

It span the rollers so we lowered the boost to 1.25 Bar Boost, strapped the car down tighter and went for a second run, just to get a steady power curve and make sure it was producing correct results. It made 229.9 BHP @ 1.25 Bar Boost on this run.

I will put pics up of the car tomorrow.

(dgdogz) The lights on the dash are just to shine up the clocks better as they are pretty dull.
