you can buy proper windscreen bonder its called tiger seal its used for windscreens and bodyshops use it for sticking body kits on with, its great stuff :D ,

So It Got To 12oclock Lastnight And Got A Bit Bord So Decided To Push My Car Into The Garage And Start Some Work On It Seens Im Ordering In Some New Stuff This Week So By The Time I Got My Tools Together And Prepaired It Was 3oclock So I Made A Start... And As It Was Flying Along So Was The Time Ive Never Done A Headgasket Before It Took Me 3hours To Clear The Pipes And Get Down To The Head So By That Time The Sun Was Coming Up I Manage To Get Into Bed At 7oclock :lol:











I Was Amazed What A Wire Brush Could Do

Been a bit busy as you can tell i couldnt beleve how easy it was to get the engine out dont know what i was worried about :lol: been on the spends this morning ordered all new stuff in just spent 500 in minuits :shock: took me cylinder head in today to get it skimmed all my parts should be here tomorow but im not goin to be home ihave to lev them with a nabour got some high temp paint today to paint the blok should look prity smart  :D

Theres no need to use VHT paint on the block, after all if it gets hotter then 100c then your in trouble. :D

Normal Hammerite is perfectly ok.

u are getting the head pressure tested an so stuff yeh? u kno theres a limit on skimming the heads, after 72.4 its scrap
