These are somme pictures from when i made the engine, i chose a volvo b18 ft engine because i dosen't give me as much trouble as the old 1400 GTT engine. with all the upgrades the engine produces 220 hp at 0.8 bar of boost. the maximum boost presure that the engine can run safe on is 1.4 bar, but i diden't put it on the dyno yet.

As parts that i used:
the stock volvo 440 1.7 Turbo engine,
shrick racing crankshaft
T25 Turbocharger
bigger injectors
walbro fuel pump
Motec engine management system
Evo 6 intercooler
Greddy tipe S blow off valve
300mm AP racing disc rotors

Nice, was looking at the volvo conversion myself a while back, still may put one in the wifes car, i'm going to EFi my GTT engine for next year :)

I finished the car about 2 mont ago...it runs like hell, but now i'm waiting for a 3 bar MAP sensor so i cand run the engine over 1 bar of boost ;).
The gearbox is from a Renault Laguna, i'm not sure the year, but it has 6 gears :D.
Now the top speed of the car is 238 kmh because the engine has allot of torque and pulls betwin 1500 and 5000 rpm, i tried to meake it run on higher rpm, but it just won't (that dosen't bother me at all...a volvo engine runing at 5000 rpm maximum...it will last a looong time... i hope :P)

And here are somme pictures with my rally car that just arrived from Renault Sport. The car was bulit by renault for rallyes, but befor it was realesed, it was replaced by the Maxi Clio
