what size of main jet would you suggest for 20 psi?where is the air corrector maybe some pics?

sorry but i don't know any other specs for the turbo.
with the T2 turbo i used a 145 main jet and 18 psi boost the car made on the dyno 145 bhp and 23Nm.with a 155 main jet that i used also with T2 the car should made 5-10 bhp more but couldn't run well on low revs.A friend of mine has a kadet 2.0 16v and with the larger jet i was about 2 cars more in front of him.so i thought that the bigger turbo would need larger jet lets say 150 or so.with this jet is also accectable in low revs.

well, its a Garrett T25 M27 A/R 48 with part No. 704205-0002.
19-20 psi is a good boost with 150 main jet?does it needs more boost?

Hi guys,i just installed a new T25 A/R 48 to my R5.The car goes better than before but it isn't what i expected.is this turbo with this A/R suitable for R5?How much boost do you think that i should run?the intercooler is bigger(k-tec) but the downpipe and the exhaust is standard.What number of main jet would you recomend?What number of horsepower should i expect? :?:

i have installed a double capacity intercooler not from gt tuning but from k-tec and runs real good.i run at about 19 psi and even at the hot days of the year everything is ok. :lol:

Hi, what type of spark plugs (brand,model) do you prefer for your 5gtt?
What about NGK B8EVX?From what i see,most of you guys prefer the particulars.

hi guys i finally found out what was the problem.the ECU!the diapragm was ok but probably something inside the electronic circuit doesn work properly.Thank you all for your help! :lol:

no i didnt check the diapragm inside the ecu but when the dv is not istalled the car works fine.if it was split i would have the same problem and without the dv right?

No all the hoses are new.i think that the problem is with the fitting of the small hose that goes with a t at the ECU.the other hoses are all at the standards places.when i deinstall the dv the car works fine.can i connect the little hose somewhere else i.g. in sevro?i think that this is the problem.or something with the car because it does the same and with another dv.also i saw in some pics that many had changed the place of the hoses on the carb elbow or at the actuator why?please help!

i replaced all the hoses from the ecu the actuator etc.they are all brand new.i don't know,  probably i will deinstall the dv.Thanks anyway guys!! :lol:

Thanks mate but i have seen the pics and this is how i installed the dv.the small hose with a 't' connected at the hose from the ecu.but the car doesn't work properly.when the turbo starts to spin there is a delay and after the car accelerates.i tried and a second dv(sard) and does the same.i have a k-tec gr a dv.can anyone help.also sorry for the inconvience first time in a forum
